How can I pay for Noon Plus groups?

You can pay through the following 3 methods:

  • Easypaisa Mobile App
    1. Select “Easypaisa” as the payment method in the checkout page
    2. Enter your Easypaisa account/mobile number
    3. Click proceed
    4. Go to easypaisa mobile app, and approve the transaction request

  • Debit / Credit Card
    1. Select “Credit Card” as the payment method in the checkout page
    2. Enter your card details
    3. Complete the payment

  • Cash/Bank Transfer
    1. Select “Cash payment” as the payment method in the checkout page
    2. Deposit the amount in Noon’s bank account
    3. Send a picture/screenshot of the payment receipt to payments@noonacademy.com

When does Noon Plus payment expire?

30 days after the payment. For example, if the payment was made on 15th Jan, students will stay on Noon Plus groups till 14th Feb

How long after the payment can I get a refund?

  1. Within 2 days of payment for a course shorter than 1 month in duration.
  2. Within 7 days of payment for a course between 1 and 3 months in duration
  3. Within 14 days of payment for a course longer than 3 months in duration.

How can I request a refund?

Refund requests can be raised on our helpline 042-35883977 or through email on payments@noonacademy.com

How long will it take to get my refunded amount?

Refunds are issued within 5 working days from the date of request.
